I love these jeans i really do. When I first saw them I knew I had to have them, but now I can only say I've worn them twice! :/ I can never figure out what to wear them with, and nothing i try looks right. 

I finally settled on this little ensemble, it works but i've yet to discover what i can really do with these jeans...

This is a picture of Mariyln Monroe in a 1940's-50's style bathing suite. I actually love these bathing suites, not that i would wear it to the beach today (I'm definitely a two piece type), but there is something pretty in the accentuated curves of the piece.

So i styled this outfit with the bathing suite in mind... It's an american apparel body suite worn folded down to the waist with this Geren Ford top tucked into it. My shoes are Michael Kors and the jewelry is from my mom's closet.

I of course wouldn't wear this out at night and it's not beach attire either, but there is something very womanly and sexy about the idea. Maybe ill pair it with a high waisted black pencil skirt.

I fell in love with this t-shirt that i bought at forever 21, "No.1 rule Make it beautiful"

I wore it with my knee high argyle socks, aldo booties, white rosary, and an american apparel ballerina dress

This is a great shirt and a great saying. Make it beautiful no matter if its an old t-shirt in the back of your closet or a new dress, just make it work

I liked the look so much i wore it out that night with an american apparel cotton dress, scarf, knee high cotton socks (thank you dad), a reiss electric blue waist belt which you can't see in the picture and the aldo booties again

i love carrie bradshaw, love love love her... I fell in love in fact when I first saw the sex in the city intro where she is walking around manhattan in a pink tutu :)

I love all of carrie's outfits but for some reason this one stuck with me throughout the sex in the city seasons. I've always wanted a tutu dress so when i came across my tutu skirt from halloween (i know i know, very risque) I slipped some nike volleyball shorts on underneath and decided to make an outfit of it.

 The funny thing is I can't bring myself to wear it out :/ Maybe if i were in NY i wouldn't mind, but then again this is Miami so i should be able to fit right in on lincoln, who knows maybe ill venture out one day soon with this one. Or maybe i'll just find a better tutu skirt, one that's less sex-shop-ish... :)

So work was especially fun this friday although it's never boring in an office full of colombians...
